when you order product from this website.
Privacy:
All information received from internet or telephone orders, telephone
conversations, and our contact forms are confidential. We do not
share or sell any information. It is that simple - we are only here
to provide what you have requested.
Shipping
in the United States: Your order will be shipped upon receipt.
If you are paying by check the check needs to clear before the order
is shipped.
All orders will be shipped through the post office in the continental United States
unless another choice is needed (for example: UPS next day air). For Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii,
and the international market other rates are available.
If
for some reason the item you purchased is unavailable, we will contact you immediately
and give you other choices: allow the order to be canceled, or keep
the backorder until the product is available. We usually know the
time span involved.
Shipping
outside the United States: Insurance MUST be added for out
of the country delivery. Insurance needs/costs vary around the world
so insurance will be determined when we receive your order and then
we will contact you by email to finalize the order with the correct
shipping and insurance amount.
APO
and FPO: Sometimes duties have to be paid by the recipient and
shipping costs vary. Correct shipping costs will be determined when
we receive your order and then we will contact you by email to finalize
the order.
Shipping Charge: We have made every effort
to have the shopping cart configure accurate shipping charges but
it is not always exact. You will be charged exact shipping on each
order that does not fit the promotional shipping catagory, so if the amount if a bit more or a bit less the invoice will
be adjusted.
Return Policy: All orders are shipped from Gransfors Bruks
in South Carolina. If you need to return an item please call them
at 1-843-875-0240 and have your shipping/packaging slip available
for information they may need. If there are any problems, or if
you prefer, you may call Winter Outfitters at 1-717-737-7224.
Guarantee: All product has the same high standard. There
is a one year guarantee that covers all workmanship. Zippers should
continue to work and seams should not fray or come apart. Product
is guaranteed not to shrink. Products best performance is accomplished
when washed in hot water (140 F.) Drying on permanent press cycle
with an unscented Bounce sheet is an option. |
