Shipping in the United States
Your order will be shipped upon receipt. If you are paying by check the check needs to clear before the order is shipped.
All orders will be shipped Fed Ex and at times through the post office in the continental United States unless another choice is needed. For Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and the international market other rates are available.
If for some reason the item you purchased is unavailable, we will contact you immediately and give you other choices: allow the order to be canceled, or keep the back order until the product is available. We usually know the time span involved. We do not charge for the item until we have it ready to ship.
Shipping outside the United States
Insurance MUST be added for out of the country delivery. Insurance needs/costs vary around the world so insurance will be determined when we receive your order and then we will contact you by email to finalize the order with the correct shipping and insurance amount. Please check the rates for your country when the package comes through customs. Some countries charge a very high price through customs before they release the package to you.
APO & FPO
Sometimes duties have to be paid by the recipient and shipping costs vary. Correct shipping costs will be determined when we receive your order and then we will contact you by email to finalize the order.
Shipping & Return Policy
All orders are shipped from Winter Outfitters in Camp Hill, PA.and tracking numbers are sent to the customer. If there is a particular item out of stock and there is a deadline for delivery, we may have it drop shipped from the warehouse.
If there are any problems or if you need to return an item please call us at 1-717-737-7224 and have your shipping/packaging slip available for information we may need.
A returned item needs to be in the original packaging in new and unused condition unless directed otherwise by us. All items returned will receive a refund to the original credit card or alternative payment method the customer used when purchasing the order. The refund will total the full value of the items returned unless otherwise noted.
All product has the same high standard. Product is guaranteed not to shrink. Products best performance is accomplished when washed in hot water (140 F.) Drying on permanent press cycle with an unscented dryer sheet is an option.
