GRANSFORS Broad Axe 1800 - #483

The Gränsfors Broad Axe 1800 has a thicker edge than the 1900 and is always ground on both sides. The handle is always attached straight in relation to the blade. The thicker cutting edge and wide bevel face enable the head and handle of the axe to stand away from the material you are working on. The hand holding the handle will therefore automatically be at a distance from the workpiece, which is why the 1800 model is not available with an angled handle.
